- I have been investing in real estate since 2004 and started out as doing conventional buy and hold strategies. With the market sky rocketing in 2006 and 2007 I then liquidated my portfolio at the time and continued to invest in other projects. When late 2007 rolled around is when I was first introduced to some more creative and out of the box investing strategies that completely opened up my eyes to a whole new world of investing. Since then I have been implementing these strategies on a daily basis to grow my real estate business. I thoroughly love this business and I am extremely passionate about this business and helping educate and empower others to take action and do what they want to do with their lives! I myself am always committed to constantly learning and growing.
