In fact, Jesse had such a deep grasp of the holiday ownership industry that he started his first business venture with “My Cheap Week,” selling luxury suites to vacation seekers as well as helping owners earn back some of their annual maintenance fees.

Jesse’s talent for looking at distressed situations and finding cash flow solutions did not go unnoticed. He was presented with the opportunity to work with an Australian firm that was selling Detroit based foreclosures to investors. This led him to visiting the USA to have a first hand look at the carnage left behind by the mortgage default crisis. Within month’s, Jesse identified the opportunity to invest in distressed real estate in Florida. With a combination of a large population, great weather and a tourist destination as well as a recession in full bloom, Jesse’s second business was created; Cheap Florida Realty. This was a business model created for overseas investors looking to purchase foreclosure, short sale and auction properties in South Florida that were seeking the services of acquisition, repairs and property management. In the last 27 months, Jesse has made hundred’s of offers in and around the Broward and Miami/Dade counties.
