Fun - Being a member of a real estate investors association is fun. After all, what is more enjoyable than learning about wealth building from others who are as excited about real estate investing as you are? There is so much energy and experience that is generated between our members that fun only begins to describe it.

Real Estate Education- We educate! Our goal is for our members to be the sharpest, most educated and most business savvy investors in the industry.

Professional development - Successful investors are professional investors. With professional development you become a more credible investor and someone that people take more seriously. The more you know about real estate investing the more clear and confident you will be when dealing with sellers, buyers, lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and others who know the difference between a novice and a professional.  

 Personal Development - In addition to helping our members to better understand the business of real estate investing we provide opportunities for them to learn how to be more polished individuals. To reach that goal we provide educational content about public speaking, business ethics, communication skills, business management, business productivity and other topics which facilitate your becoming an elite real estate investor.

National Speakers - We will bring National Speakers to the area from all over the Canada. The speakers are investors and business people who have experienced enormouse expertise and/or recognition for their particular areas of expertise. These speakers teach from their wealth of knowledge. Their subjects can greatly open our minds to new and exciting ways to create wealth through real estate.

Local Speakers - We give our own investors opportunities to share with us what they have learned. By doing so we help you to remain finely tuned as to what is going on in your local market. By staying up to date on local market conditions you become more competitive (and profitable) than other investors who don't see the real value in belonging to a professional real estate investors association.
