Who we are

 

This club was organized by a group of Canadian Real Estate Investors who see the value of providing free valuable resources to educate, to cooperate and joint venture with anyone who is involved or is thinking about Investing in Real Estate.

 

Imagine CanadaREIC as a main hub like linkedin, facebook and twitter combined together only for Canadian Real Estate Investors.

 

The concept is very simple. We members, are lucky. CanadaREIC helps to provide the tools and the possibility to grow and extend our network, post properties, joint venture, interact with other members and LEARN FROM THE EXPERTS of this trade... thus helping you to be more successful.

This club is RUN BY INVESTORS, FOR INVESTORS! ... and it's up to you how you are going to participate. We believe that, AS MUCH AS YOU PUT IN, THAT MUCH YOU WILL GAIN and even MORE!

COMMUNITY SECTION:

 Developed and built on the social media concept where you can build your own Power Team and interact with other members.

Your recognition will depend on how many friends you have invited within the community and external invitations.

 

INVESTORS TALK:

Recreated and divided into groups and categories. Join groups, discuss and give comments and post information related to RE Investing. Ask questions, get help or provide feedbacks in your groups and share videos or pictures and create group events.

 

PROPERTIES:

We are currently restructuring this section.

Currently you can post your listings , jv requests, ask for help. etc.
all approved listings will be emailed to entire database.

However we are developing system where you will have chance to list your properties and target to non investors.

 You don't have to be a writer to write blogs! Your "blog" is your "web log". Have your journal available on the web where you can share your personal thoughts on Real Estate Investing and also market and advertise... so TELL US WHAT YOU THINK!
